CSV File Testing

As of October 1, 2023, we only accept the new file format, which includes employee date of birth and WA Cares exemption status.

Use the updated Paid Leave and WA Cares .CSV File Specifications (v8)  and the new Paid Leave and WA Cares .CSV Template (v8).

Upload a test .csv wage file for a single employer

To upload a file, Choose a File from your device and click Upload.

Once the file uploads, you will not be able to modify or delete it. Accepted file format: .csv

File upload will time out after two minutes. If your file fails to upload, please test again using a smaller file or a faster Internet connection.
