Business system analyst - As a Business Systems Analyst, you will ensure business requirements are identified, defined and recorded in sufficient detail to support system development and testing. This includes facilitating definition of business requirements, identifying and recommending business processes, identifying required system application features and functionality, and maintaining system documentation. You will also be relied upon to provide technical guidance to the team, participate in project governance, troubleshoot malfunctions and failures and conduct intensive, in-depth systems analysis for the development of Paid Leave and Long-Term Services and Support applications and systems.

Long-Term Care Manager  - As our Long-Term Care Manager, you will be responsible for representing the Department in cross-agency operational level committees and subcommittees, developing strategies for policies and practices, and paving the way for a positive economic impact as we strengthen the state workforce and prevent Washington workers from having to leave the workforce to provide unpaid care for family members. In order to design, build and implement this program, we are searching for a strong, innovative and decisive leader with strategic acumen, the ability to lead change and develop people, drive results, and champion our culture and values.

Operational Policy Analyst - In this role, the majority of your work will be in implementing and integrating and maintaining an operational policy manual within our program's system. Your expertise in research and analysis of laws and rules will allow you to provide operational level policy interpretation and guidance. You will also be responsible for consulting and advising stakeholders and staff on strategic planning, operations and performance by reviewing and gathering information, analyzing complex data, preparing written analyses and making recommendations to leadership.
