Service delivery manager - As the Paid Family and Medical Leave Service Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage staff, technology and resources to ensure that people can access timely and accurate Paid Family Medical Leave services. This includes providing leadership to direct service professionals who deliver Paid Family and Medical Leave services to accomplish the agency's mission, performance standards, and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day application of business processes and service delivery models for the contact center. Closes Jan. 31, 2020.
Policy analyst - As a Policy Analyst you will work as a member of a team that coordinates the administrative rulemaking process for the Paid Family and Medical Leave program. You will consult and advise agency executive leadership, program management and external stakeholders on legislation and related legal mandates, as well as develop and implement strategic plans, processes and related improvements.
