Escalation specialist (PFML Specialist 3) - In this lead role, you will serve as a designated escalation specialist providing support for your team as they assist customers of the program. Your resolution training and skills will be relied upon to handle advanced and complex situations, customers, complaints and cases. You will also be the primary contact for the Office of the Ombudsman, collaborating with them to research and resolve these issues. (Closes June 2, 2020)
Compliance manager - We are in search of a Compliance Manager to oversee a compliance team responsible for supporting both the Washington State Paid Family and Medical Leave (PMFL) and Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) programs. Your ability to effectively and efficiently manage the premium and benefit compliance, enforcement, collections, quality assurance and appeal process for these programs will ensure that Washington state employers and benefit applicants comply with relevant laws, policies, and procedures and ultimately assist in the maintenance of program and trust fund integrity. Scrum master - Journey - two positions - We are looking for two Scrum Masters – Journey to support the Paid Leave and Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) Divisions as a member of the Application Development Team. Your advanced agile project management expertise, knowledge of technology, and leadership skills will contribute to the build and enhancement of a large, complex, technology implementation of a new line of business. In this role, you will be a servant leader and a coach for a matrixed team of engineers to deliver quality software via an agile system development lifecycle. Your knowledge of agile practices will ensure work proposed for the development team is ready to work and you will help the team remove impediments while they deliver quality software iteration after iteration. Quality assurance tester - Entry - In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and executing plans to ensure developed features meet business needs. You will work in close collaboration with development team and product team members to complete robust, thorough testing to discover issues during development and before functionality is released into production. Business system analyst - two positions - We are in search of two Business Systems Analysts - Journey to support the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) and Long Term Services and Support (LTSS) Divisions. In this role, you will elicit and document business requirements and technical specifications for a large, complex, technology implementation of a new line of business, along with policy and formal rule development. This position will also support the services currently offered by the program. Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and document technical solutions will ensure that we are meeting business needs by supporting the development and testing of mission critical Paid Leave systems and the implementation of LTSS services.
Operations Support Supervisor - In this role, you will work with management on a daily basis to discuss and make decisions about how to best support the Paid Leave staff, meet program initiatives and customer service needs, and optimize timely service delivery to customers applying for Paid Family and Medical Leave benefits. You will also work closely with your team to ensure proper deployment of resources, processes, procedures and technology to best support our internal and external customers. (Closes June 15, 2020)
