You will be analyzing our current methods of developing, storing and retrieving documents, and consult with leadership on best practices and procedures. You will also be solely responsible for providing management with senior-level analyses on developing records retention policies and procedures. Service delivery manager - We are looking for multiple Service Delivery Managers that can plan, organize, and manage the direct service work activities of the Paid Family and Medical Leave contact center. You be responsible for optimum service delivery that is innovative and incorporates best practices as well as achieve business objectives and performance. Lead worker - As the leader of this team, you will mentor, coach and train the specialists in your unit so that we achieve the goal of providing world class customer service. You will review their work, make necessary corrections, and occasionally perform the work of the Paid Family and Medical Leave Specialists during times of high workload and absences. Fiscal analyst 3 - The Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) division is searching for two Fiscal Analyst 3s for our Treasurer's Office. This office is responsible for managing the Washington State Paid Family and Medical Leave Trust Fund and the cash management activities of the department.
